• This form is for estimating only. Contact us for an official quote.

• Digital negatives and products are provided with all retouching and compositing done for the print products. All chosen photos and out-takes are included. I take pride in personally retouching and printing each photograph using archival pigment technology. I cannot guarantee the quality or color of prints you have made by a third party.

• When digital files are purchased, copyright will be granted for unlimited reproduction for personal use. Copyright is retained for any additional use. Files are supplied on data-DVD or data-CD.

• Please note: We take utmost care with respect to the exposure, handling and delivery of your photographs. However, in the event of loss or damage to the photographs, the photographer’s liability is limited to refunding any fees already paid by the client.

• Albums are designed with several images printed on a page.

Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable retainer downpayment of $275.00 is required to secure your wedding date (applied towards your balance).

• A second downpayment of $275.00 is required at least 7 days before your wedding (applied towards your balance).

• If a web album or digital negatives are requested, the remaining balance must be paid on or before the wedding day.

• The remaining balance is required when you get your print album, usually two weeks after the wedding.

• Orders for additional prints or albums should be placed within 60 days after the wedding date. A 50% deposit is required on additional orders.

• Orders must be paid in full before they leave the studio or are delivered.
